BUDDY POPPIES are not just for your Buddy Poppy drive they are a great way to engage conversation about VFW and Auxiliary, you can use them for recruitment, working with the youth, promoting scholarship, Americanism, National Home and legislative information.

Have you bought tickets to the Black Out Bingo put on by 3944? All proceeds will go to help our National Home. Come meet our honor guest that will be there, the Executive Director of the National Children’s Home, Fred Puffenberger and the Development Director Sue Alverson. Also there will be National Home Trustee and Past National President Sissy Borel and Past National Commander Jim Mueller.

Our National President Peggy Haake is making her official visit to Missouri on Sept. 23 & 24. Due to her needing to fly out of Lambert airport instead of Springfield, we have had to make some huge changes to her schedule. Please download the following information and have it sent to Brenda Bryant, National President’s Visit Chairman by Sept. 15, 2019. Anyone that wishing to come to St. James Veteran Home is welcome to stop in and visit with our Veterans with us.
