I called March 8 and was told the hotel was fully booked – even the handicapped rooms (Ramada). Asked the young lady to put me on a cancellation list; but, I am not real confident this will happen. Makes it very hard for me to attend the convention. Your posting was only a few days earlier than my call.
Deanna, I am very sorry to hear this. We have heard this from many. This is set up by the VFW Department Headquarters and we have no control over it.
